Caroline has pretty much mastered sitting up. She is pretty proud of her young self. I am biased but I think she looks absolutely adorable in this picture!!!!
We went to her 6 month dr. appt. (one week early) She weighed 14 lbs 13 oz and is 25 1/2 inches tall. She is falling in the 40-50th%.
Our friends Pat and Tracy from the Quad Cities came into town last Saturday for lunch. They had a little girl in April. It was the first time these new friends met and they already wanted to hold hands.

Caroline was tuckered out from all the excitement. Tracy had her asleep in no time.Here are some photos from the 4th of July. We went to the Parade in Eureka in the morning and lunch with the Wettstein's...then it was off to Gridley for a cookout at the Roth's. We are so blessed to have both of our families so close. We are able to split up the holidays pretty equally. We love that Caroline will have both sets of grandparents to spend time with.

Caroline has been putting everything in her mouth lately. No teeth yet but I bet they are coming soon.

P.S. Thanks for the heads up on the great Bed, Bath & Beyond deals...you're a dork. I was listening to your message while in the car with Lori. She said, "is that an advertisement?" ...no, it's just Anne. Whoa, this is getting long!! See ya when you get home.
Anne I miss you and my little Caroline. She changes so fast. She was struggling to sit up last time I saw her and NOW she can do it. Our houses are maybe only 6 blocks from each other and we never see each other. I'm counting on more time spent together when you move to Gridley (which sounds weird) but with me basically living in Chenoa we will only be 10 mins from door to door. My one night a week in Bloomington doesn't give me much time to see you so I hope the move brings us closer. We need to set up a double date night again (but only if Caroline can come, which will lead to fights between me and Chad and who gets to hold her, but it will be worth it) Thank God Chad is a baby freak too! I love you guys!
P.S. Do you think you can get on my sister to post more blogs are Carolines best friend. You do so good at keeping up on this. And since you got my sister started, now you have to push her to do it more often. Love ya sis!
