The water was pretty chilly but Uncle Derek did take Caroline in for a quick dip.

The Golden Gate Bridge. We took this picture so when Caroline gets older and says, "We never go anywhere cool on vacation!" We can say, "Yes we do...we went to California!!!"
Sarah and Derek had a really nice pool at their apartment complex. We were surprised to see all of the unique California natives in there SMALL swim suits. I couldn't get over how familiar this fella looked.
I think that maybe Derek has been in Cali too long!

I love how both Derek and I look naked in the pool pictures. Yes, while D was wearing next to nothing, I in fact, had a tankini on. It just happened to be strapless. Thank you very much. But you're probably right, we have been in Cali too long! :)
